5. Flight and Trip Itinerary
   1. A photocopy of the round-trip international flight itinerary.

6. Business letter from US company
   1. Letterhead stating your clear explanation of the corporate activities you will conduct in Brazil.
   2. An affirmation that your company financially supports your travel, and a statement confirming you will not be performing technical assistance or receiving a local salary in Brazil.
7. Invitation letter from the sponsoring Brazilian company
   1. Written in Portuguese will speed the processing.
   2. Official Letterhead: Must include the Brazilian company's legal name, address, website, and phone number.
   3. CNPJ Number: The official 14-digit Brazilian corporate tax registration ID.
   4. Passport Details: Your full name, passport number, nationality, and date of birth matching your passport exactly.
   5. U.S. Employer Info: Your current job title and your U.S. company's name and physical address.
   6. Specific Trip Purpose: A clear explanation of your non-technical activities (e.g., contract negotiations or business meetings).
