Brazil Visa Work Checklist Section Details

1. Passport
   1. Passport remaining validity must be more than 6 months with at least 2 blank visa pages.
   2. Your passport must have at least one blank visa page.
2. Passport Scan
   1. A clear colorized scan of the bio/photo page of your original valid signed passport.
3. Photo Requirement
   1. Applicant is required to submit digital, color, passport style photograph under these guidelines:
      1. Photo must be taken within the last six months against all-white background.
      2. No glasses, jewelry, or headwear except for religious purposes.
      3. Photo must be 2 x 2 inches in size.
4. Flight and Trip Itinerary
   1. A photocopy of the round-trip international flight itinerary.
   2. The itinerary must show you departing from and returning to your country of residence.
5. FBI Background Check
   1. FBI-issued certificate of good conduct/police clearance covering the past 5 years.

6. Copy of Birth Certificate
   1. The applicant's original birth certificate showing both parent's names.
7. Proof of Identity and Residence
   1. Copy of Driver’s License or State ID is most common. A photocopy (front and back), stating your current residential address.
   2. Another option is a copy of a recent public utility bill in your name (gas/water/electric only; no cable or telephone bills accepted).
8. Proof of Financial Means
   1. (Most common) last 3 months' bank/checking statements with +$2,000 balance. Account number or other sensitive information may be blacked out.
   2. OR last 6 months' pay stubs
   3. OR a credit card statement showing sufficient available credit
